Our CEO and Lead Manager Arianna "Ari" Gonzalez has experience in artist management, development and education spanning across genres with a specialty in urban music. Her biggest passion is to help others achieve their potential and goals through empathy and actionable plans. She is also a creative herself, giving her a special insight to the mind and world of her clients.
